We should eat more vegetables because they are rich sources of nutrients and provide immunity. One who takes in right amounts of vegetables is immune to diseases. Vegetables the base of a form a healthy diet, keep our stomach full for a long period. Vegetables supply us with important vitamins and nutrients, necessary for good health. We should avoid junk foods because it is not good for our health and it is made with chemicals. Many people are not eating vegetables because they are addicted to junk food. Only if we eat more vegetables will we be healthy.
