SHORT STORY

I don’t know why, but that day, I got up early. So, I decided to go to school early. I got ready and reached my school very early. When I got there, I had a problem with my favourite yet tricky subject, math. So, I went to teacher’s staff room to find Mrs. Lillian. I opened the door and was surprised to see that my teachers were all aliens. The aliens were scary and frightening. I got scared and hid under a bench. They were getting ready for Parent-Teacher Meeting.

Mrs. Lillian found water on the floor and ran away from it. I found that they were using magical gel known as alien gel which turned them into humans. All the alien teachers were leaving the room. So, I went in slowly and silently. I got the gel. But when I was going out, Mrs. Lily spotted me. I immediately dropped the magical gel. Then some of the gel splashed on my feet. Within a minute, I turned into an alien! Also, no one could see me now. The gel could change humans into aliens too. Mrs. Lily picked up the gel and went downstairs. I tried to snatch it from her on the staircase, but it slipped out of my hands.

I was invisible, so I could do anything. The first thing I did was to change the silly mistakes I did in my exam paper. Now I’ll get 100 out of 100. I changed my friend’s mistakes too. I went down quietly, but there was no need to worry, as I was invisible. I jumped downstairs but I didn’t get hurt surprisingly. I started flying. I snatched the gel from Mrs Lily this time. Mrs. Lily was in a human form at that time. I applied the gel to my hands and I became human again. I stored some for future purposes.

From then onwards, whenever Mrs. Lily tried to catch me, I became invisible using the gel.
