DIARY ENTRY
I really hated traveling in the bus because of nausea. It was annoying. I didn’t really feel good while traveling. After reaching, I felt better.
I thought putting up a tent would be hard, but after looking at the demonstration, I felt it was easy-peasy. I cautiously put up the tent. I didn’t expect the food to be too good, but it was just amazing.
Next was the task of constructing a shelter, which I felt was impossible. But, I had a great time building it. It was a fascinating experience! We went on a walk through the plowed farms. Our shoes were pulled into the soil as we walked. It was very strenuous to walk through the land. The slope to the stream, which was not flowing, was very steep and covered in wet soil and marble stones. It was very challenging to cross the stream. We held hands and crossed it without slipping or falling. It gave me goosebumps.
But the full-grown trees, stream, farm lands, baby plants, flowering plants, birds, sky, and the sunset were just a spectacular sight I had ever seen. I felt peace and calmness building inside me. It felt like heaven around me.
The first time in the trip which gave me butterflies in my stomach was during the campfire. I didn’t feel the satisfaction in the first campfire.
The best part was this, sleeping in the tents with friends. I had dreamt of it millions of times and now it was fulfilled. But the tents were suffocating. We talked and talked in low voices until we slept. I didn’t even know that it was raining until 3 o’clock. I woke up to the chilling air.
We had a long brisk, invigorating walk through a vast farmland around the place. It was a refreshing sunrise and weather.
Again, the traveling to the hill was irritating, but I enjoyed the music on the way. The trek was incredibly thrilling. I was very excited. The sun broke through the cracks of the trees and lighted up our path. The sounds of humming trees, rustling leaves, gushing spring with pure water, singing birds, footsteps of animals, sound of the flowing waterfall, wildflowers blooming, wind whistling were heavenly to hear and see. This was breathtaking beauty.
The waterfall was stupendous. Water silently flowed through the rocks. I tasted the water, and it was pure and filled with minerals. I felt good drinking the water. I felt that I would never be able to drink as pure as this water ever again.
I loved the moment of relaxation by putting our feet in the water. Little fishes bit our feet, which was like massaging. It was quiet, and I adored the moment. I felt like staying there forever.
