A Conversation

Characters Lorenzo          —        Class 7 Guy Zara                —        Class 8 Girl Bob                 —        Class 9 Guy

 [Bob and Lorenzo are sitting together and talking. Their best friend Zara comes and joins them.]

Zara    : Hi Guys! Wassap?

Bob       : Nothing Zara we are just hanging out.

Lorenzo: Come and join us, Zara.

Zara      : Yeah! I am coming.

Lorenzo: Why are you that fat, Bob?

Bob       : Yes, of course I am fat; but you are too short!

[Bob hits Lorenzo]

Zara      : Hey Bob! Why did you hit Lorenzo? He is just like my brother Tom.

Bob       : Zara are you mad? Haven’t you seen? He said I am fat!

Zara      : He is a small kid; he may have said it unintentionally.

Bob       : Zara why are you always against me?

Zara      : I am not against you I even didn’t hear Lorenzo calling you fat.

Bob      : Zara, why are you quarrelling with me?

Zara     : If you think I am quarrelling with you, then just don’t talk to me.

Bob      : Okay fine. I am not gonna talk to you.

[Both Bob and Zara stopped talking to each other. If both of them sat together accidentally, they used to move away. Zara even stopped talking to the entire 9^th class; as a result, she made many enemies.]

[After a month, when Lorenzo and Zara were hanging out in the hallway, Bob approached Zara.]

Bob       : I am sorry, Zara. Let’s be friends again.

Zara      : You said you aren’t going to talk to me.

Bob       : Yes; but I am sorry for all that.

Lorenzo: I am sorry too, Bob; for saying that you are fat.

Zara      : Thank god! We became friends again.

[The bell rang all the three left to their classes.]
